Lahti City Hospital
A structure built in the 1950s, the hospital was extended in the 1970s and will now be renovated. The design will be performed by means of data modelling. Two new steel-framed air-conditioning technical rooms will be built above the 1970s extension. The buildings’ roof structures will be replaced, and the plinths’ waterproofing will be repaired. Internal structures will be dismantled, leaving the frame, and changes will be made in line with space requirements.
