- Sasi-Mahnala-Laitila-Metsäkulma osayleiskaava, Hämeenkyrö
Sasi-Mahnala-Laitila-Metsäkulma sub-general formula, Hämeenkyrö
The task is to prepare a regional allocation subformula guiding village construction and waterfront construction starting from the proposal stage. The sub-formula area is almost entirely a landscape area of national value, whose preservation of values is promoted by zoning. Dry land sizing is based on an affordability zone review. The sizing was significantly revised at the proposal stage. During the work on the formula, an inventory of the building stock and the cultural environment statement were prepared. The planning also took into account the development potential of agriculture and tourism.
