Proposal for amendment to detailed city plan.

A proposed amendment to the detailed area plan will transform the existing office building city block into a residential city block. The proposal includes 5-10 storey apartment buildings and a multi-storey carpark, which form a protected inner courtyard area. Due to its location, the proposed building mass creates a protective wall in order to minimise noise and air pollution in the outdoor spaces. A 16 storey tower placed at the corner of the block complements the area’s existing series of landmark-like towers.
