Hallituskatu 14, Kuopio
The property (built in 1885) previously used by the Kuopio County Government is undergoing extensive renovation. The implementation is carried out using the hybrid alliance model developed by A-Insinöörit, i.e. a cooperative project management contract. The building, which is fully protected from the outside and inside, will be renovated into new, shared office space for the Eastern Finland Regional state Administrative Agency, Finnish Medicines Agency Fimea and the Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority.
