FinCap Maljalahti, Kuopio

Residential development in the prime location of Maljalahti, on the shores of Kallavesi. This up-and-coming residential area is approximately one kilometre from Kuopio city centre. The residential development comprises three housing companies. The first building to be completed will house rental accommodation owned by Nonna Group, designed for senior citizens. The building will also have a restaurant and exercise facilities as well as other communal spaces. The two other buildings will house owner-occupied flats developed FinCap. The project includes an underground car park serving all three housing companies. We are also delivering element engineering for the project.
