Prodeco Lappi is now AINS Group Lappi

Prodeco Oy Lappi, AINS Group’s subsidiary based in Rovaniemi, is changing its name to AINS Group Lappi. The company, which is Lapland’s leading construction consultant, has been part of AINS Group since 2017.

– Now is the right time to change our name to AINS Group, a name that is well known nationally and held in high esteem by customers. The change will also bring our name into line with the names of other units in our engineering and consultancy company, explains Ari-Matti Jänkälä, head of the unit responsible for construction management services in Northern Finland.

AINS Group’s unit in Rovaniemi employs 18 professionals with expertise in contracts and financial and technical areas of project management. The construction development team specialises in challenging construction and renovation projects.

– At the moment, we are involved in the construction and renovation projects of Senate Properties, Kesko and Arina in various parts of Lapland, and Domus Arctica Foundation’s housing project in Rovaniemi. In addition, we are Lapland Hospital District’s project partner in the renovation of Lapland Central Hospital, which is the largest construction project in the history of Rovaniemi, says Construction Manager Tuomo Nevala.

The new name of A-Insinöörit Rakennuttaminen Oy’s subsidiary, AINS Group Lappi, will be in use from 1 September 2021 onwards. The company’s business ID and contact details will remain the same. The change in the company name does not have an impact on the company’s management or ownership.

AINS Group acquired Prodeco and its regional companies in 2017. With the change, Lapland’s leading construction consultant company’s name Prodeco will become part of history.
