AINS Ventures invests in Aiforsite, a start-up that boosts construction productivity

AINS Ventures, as AINS Group’s subsidiary specialising in start-ups, is participating in an investment round through which Aiforsite is raising funds to support its growth and international expansion.

The production management system developed by Aiforsite utilises data and AI to reduce wastage on construction sites and facilitate their management. It enables monitoring progress on the work site in real time, automating the reporting processes, and efficiently managing construction operations via a remote connection. Established in 2016, Aiforsite, which is based in Espoo’s Keilaniemi district, strives to reduce waste and improve quality and efficiency in construction.

– Aiforsite has developed a service that is competitive on the global stage, and its customer base already includes large operators in construction and industry. The company has what it takes to succeed, and it can even teach us something about the future of the construction sector, says Jaakko Jauhiainen, Chief Technology Officer of AINS Group.

Opening doors to international markets for real-estate and construction services

Alongside AINS Group’s AINS Ventures, financer Rauno Mattila, Tulipyörä, and Troll Ventures have invested in Aiforsite. The start-up previously obtained support from Kiilto Ventures and Futuragallery.

These investments enable Aiforsite to expand more rapidly in its target markets while continuing to develop its operations in Finland.
