AINS Group sets up a housing company services unit in the Helsinki metropolitan area  

The design and consulting company AINS Group is setting up a new unit in Espoo to provide comprehensive services to housing companies in Southern Finland in renovation projects. The new unit will specialise in facade and renovation work, plumbing renovation, and infill and conversion projects for residential and high-value properties. As of 1 January 2024, Tuomas Koski-Lammi, an experienced pilot in renovation planning projects, has been appointed as the unit's director.

The 30-strong unit will be made up of experts from AINS Group’s housing company team in the Helsinki region and Frontago, which merged with the company at the end of the year 2023.

Tuomas Koski-Lammi, an engineer (YAMK), who has previously worked at AINS Group as a project manager responsible for the housing market, as a customer relationship manager and most recently as a planning director, will take up the position of unit manager for housing company services in Southern Finland.

“Housing companies in the Helsinki region are still tightening their renovation debts, i.e. there are constantly larger and smaller renovation projects underway. A holistic partnership brings ease of project delivery for clients. Our customers are also construction companies”, says Tuomas Koski-Lammi, vice president, explaining the current situation on the market.

AINS Group’s Southern Finland housing company services offers a full service for renovation and conversion projects in residential buildings, including design, project management and site supervision. The engineering directors are Juha Hartikka and Jukka Pakarinen. Both of them have previously been managing directors of AINS Group’s affiliated agencies serving housing associations, Hartikka of Frontago and Pakarinen of Buildnet.
