- AINS Group features among the three most attractive employers in the construction and design industry
AINS Group features among the three most attractive employers in the construction and design industry
AINS Group improved its standing in the Universum employer branding survey, rising to 12th place in terms of attractiveness of employers in the field of engineering in Finland. 8,600 people working in Finland evaluated the attractiveness of companies in Finland. Students also consider AINS Group as one of the most ideal employers in the sector.
AINS Group is among the top most attractive jobs within the construction and design sector, according to a survey by Universum for the most ideal employer. Among all the engineering companies, AINS Group came in 12th, up three places from last year.
Of all employers in the technology sector, the top spots were taken, as last year, by Kone, Valmet and the Finnish Defence Forces. In the field of the built environment, the most attractive employers were Sweco, Afry and AINS Group.
– It’s great to see that design consultancies are sought-after companies for engineering professionals, and we are naturally proud that we have climbed up a few positions. We nurture a corporate culture that is strong on equality and competence, enabled by good supervision. We have already invested and will continue to invest a lot in employee wellbeing and commitment,” says CEO Kari Kauniskangas.
According to a Universum employer branding survey, AINS Group was in 12th position of all Finnish employers in the technical sector.
The annual Universum survey looks into the views of employed engineering professionals on employers and working life. For the second year running, professionals consider competitive pay, flexible working methods, interesting and diverse work tasks, and an appreciative and friendly company culture to be the most important aspects of working life.
The survey was carried out in October 2023 and June 2024, covering almost 50 sectors. Respondents numbered 8,600, of which 1,900 represented engineering fields.
AINS Group also the most attractive to engineering students
In the student survey published in spring 2024, AINS Group was among the most desirable employers among students in the engineering sector, in 9th place. Of the design and consultancy companies, AINS Group was the most attractive, and among all employers working in the built environment, second after YIT.
